Will a w202 diff bolt into w124?

Hi all, as above will the w202 diff fit in the w124 subframe? I have been offered a 3.91 diff from a manual c180, which I would like to fit in to my s124 e300 diesel. The gearing would be perfect, but I'm unsure what mountings the w202 diff has?

Anyone know?

Bit small, C180 only has a little diff, while the diff on a E300 will be a big one.

Plus depending on year the 180 one might not have an abs sensor on it.

Bugger! I didnt think about that, I'll have to investigate...

I can,t answer whether it will fit but if the donor car was a an early 97 or older then there should be a facility to fit an ABS sensor to it.
