If you are talking about the mirror glass motor IIRC they are approx £40 form the stealers, failling that with that pt. no. an E-class one will fit and possibly C class (202), some S classes and SL's, may gice you some more options if you go to a breakers.

Stopped moving left to right, and had no tension(?) there, so the mirror would move left to right as it pleased.
