I've always thought about getting my rear windows tinted but don't like the thought of the car being taken apart to do it
I'm also worried about scratches appearing in the tint.
With decent film the tint isn't on the inside surface so minor scratches don't show anyway...it's surprisingly resilient stuff anyway and I've never seen any scratches in mine, longest I've had a car after tinting is seven years.
If you're worried about them removing door cards etc, do it yourself before hand although if you go to a reputable fitter they have far more experience of removing trim than any main dealer and they all deal on reputation.
