Wiring in normal Stereo in 2000 W203

My father has just bought my mothers ex company car, but has changed the standard Mercedes Cassette player, to a normal CD headunit. However, we now appear to have 2 wires left over (marked amp) and there is no switched ignition that we can find. I've not had chance to look at it properly, as he had someone else fit it, but surely it can't be that hard to do? Any ideas what the remaining two wires were, and what colour the switched ignition is?

Im not sure about the amp leads but there is no switched ignition on the stereo loom on the W203. You will have to run it from a switched circuit. The closest one is the Cigerette lighter next to the gearstick. This is the black wire with the yellow stripe.
