x reg clk soft top w208 door mirror indicator problem

Hi everyone this is my 1st post.just bought a 2000 x reg 230 clk kompressor convertible brilliant car just one problem the indicators in the door mirrors stopped working then the passenger side one decided to start to work again but the drivers one is still not working don't think it is a fuse or bulb issue more like a loom problem I'm sure there is a post on here for it but have not found one any help with this matter would be great great website by the way many thanks in advance nick

Do your mirrors fold?

I suspect a loom issue. The wires break in the mirror mechanism.
