My e320 has a very noticeable viberation at motorway speeds. This may be a really obvious answer but I've just had my wheels painted would they need to be ballaced again due to the weight difference :/ and could this be the cause.

when driving my w203 cdi it seems to go into a fault mode if driving at a constant speed, around 60 - 70 mph only way to reset it is to stop and switvh it off,,
