New to the site, could someone kindly advise me on the part number for a W208 front fog light bulb holder or harness. Aftermarket route is proving difficult due to the twin wires, live/earth. Picture below is what I need.

Hi. I am after the two black bulb holders for the rear lights for my 1992 300CE. The metal lugs for the rear fogs have both stapped off so no fog lights. I think the saloons have the same rear lights if anyone is breaking one. Thanks.

I've just spent a good 20minutes trying to remove the old H7's from my main beams with no avail. They don't seem to have the normal clips that the dip beams have that you just ping to the side and pull out. Any insight into how they are removed/replaced?

Hi All While trying to re-root an audio AUX lead, I took the "ashtray" out and noticed a prism illumination arrangement from a the bulb attached to the power socket to the 'roof' of the enclosure. The bulb is dead and I can not figure out how it comes apart - it seems the bulb holder pulls away...

Err thus might seem a dumb question but how does the connector come off the back of the bulb? I easily replaced the dipped beam bulb with a Nightbreaker, read up on here the difficulties of changing the main beam bulb with the two torx screws and postponed changing those for nicer weather...

Hi Folks, My brake light bulb has failed, so I went and got a new one from Halfords (380) and an independent, but neither fit. The original has slightly different locator pin distances on the body, but all the new ones that claim to fit, don't fit! Has anyone else encountered this problem...

Hello, I have a bulb out on my SLK 230 komp (r170 type) It is the one behind the right hand heater switch. I'm assuming it's not the fuse as the light on the left hand side of the panel is working. Can anyone tell me how to get to the bulb to replace it. Many thanks, Paul

Well the bulb fail warning lamp has decided to come on even when my lights are not on. Have checked all around and no bulbs out including reverse and brake lamps. All bulbs are tight in their holders too. Any ideas chappies ?. Cheers, tony.

I've ordered some better dipped beam bulbs on the advice of some forum members for my recently acquired 60 plate SLK - whilst the manual seems to show clearly how to change the bulb, it gives no real clue how on earth you get to the back of the headlight! Sorry don't have a picture to hand...

Hi.first time post. My vito displays the orange bulb fault on the dash.but all bulbs are working. The fault turns on my main beam lights and darkens my dash display. I can turn the lights off by turning the light switch to sidelights but still have no dash lights?? Any ideas?
