This 'wind' rattle at the top of the windscreen has developed over a period of time. Nothing obvious to look at but do the front attachments wear and can they be replaced? Or is there an adjustment to tighten it up?

Has anyone needed to replace the rubber section that fits into the upright guttering of the o/s rear window ? The bit thats the seals front and back windows when closed. Mines currently held on with 'glue' as its split and out of the guttering at the lower section so sometimes gets caught...

Trying to work out, other than the obvious lack of a tin top and two rear doors, what the differences are between a '53 plate CLK 55 Cab and a 2004 '54 C55. An interested party in my car is looking at both, and is trying to compare a pre facelift '53 plate CLK 55 cab on price with a 2004/54 C55...

Saw a lovely W124 (C124) convertible - it was an N reg, silver, black leather and black roof, e320 sportline with 11k miles on the clock -- owner apparently looking for 17,000 pounds. Now I know the Boss' cab has the heritage grill :)- but that can't be worth more than a couple of grand, can it?;)
