Hello I need a new pair of plates due to water damage maning them look a bit naff.. The sellers claim the 3D ones (not rasied) are legal. Are these legal and due I need the stupid euro badge?

My rear number plate has water damage, Are the 3D raised carbon ones legal (the sites say they are) but they would.... Next question what ever plate I get is the euro badge ba legal requirement? Or can I have a GB flag or just GB? Thanks
