Hi folks, I have a Mercedes E280 CDI (2006) and it is very 'jerky' when cold between 1st & 3rd (I think), there are suggestions this is normal when cold and starting off in slow moving traffic, is this true?

My car has been running lumpy when stationary or at crawling speed once warmed up - can anybody advise what the likely culprit is? Thanks, Dan
