poor

I'm having problems with my connection, a very noisy line and I'm down to 239K from 4 Meg!!! BT replaced the line from the pole to the house last year, but it seems to have gone bad again. I'm thinking of going fibre optic with Virgin Cable anyone had any experiences good or bad?
