Fine one day, then idle went awol and misfire started, felt like 2 cylinders but may have been one. Total mileage driven with miss about 4 miles. Took car home and left it, whilst errands run in spare car. Several hours later I started it miss still there, I ran a diagnostic blink code...

my r129 1994 auto box is not working properly,no 2nd and 3rd gears.It is v.slow.does this box have limp mode? Its a 5speed with 72250703 stamper on the side.Also will any other box fit. I cannot locate a replacement and no skilled repair men/centres seem to exist locally. Thanks.

Hello What is the correct right height of a 1995 SL320 and a 1998 SL320 special edition as the latter seems to be too high on one side. The car has the 17" EVO style alloys and from the top of the tire to the wheel arch is 65mm. Where as the 1995 is only around 40mm. Is this too high? Thanks
