1999 C220CDI 2 Injectors gone & new head

hello mate, i had the same problem with my C220 CDI, and MB said that it will be 2300, i kicked up a fuss at the counter, and they did it under recall work, these 1999 (W202) C220 CDIs have been recalled becuase of this fault, read up, and get to your garage!

I'm told that if you have the right cover package from Volvo they can unlock your car from the helpline callcentre via remote control! Now that's a bit scary isn't it?

There have been countless posts of US owners of 211's contacting the SOS breakdown number for the same reason and theoperator simply unlocks the car?? I'm certainly NOT going to put my proverbial foot into mouth on this, but it was more than one person that made the claim?

In the US model there is a direct link on the overhead display to the equivalent of our Mobilio.
