2001 W208 CLK-430 Coupe Rear Seat Removal

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how the rear seats (bottom) come out? I have a tear in the seat and the interior guy come walking towards the car with a huge pry bar and began to tell me he "never tried this on a MB before", needless to say I told him I would gladly provide instruction and now here I am.... I even subscribed to startechinfo and couldnt find any service bulletens describing the process.

its really difficult to find on the CLK, but on the seat bases there are hidden buttons you have to press in, and then pull the base up. Youll need to feel along the base of the seat untill you feel the buttons and then press them hard and lift the seats up.

If you were sitting on the rear seat just under your knee closest to the door is where the button is? confused, so was I!

If you push in that area into the leather you will eventually feel a button which releases the base cushion. Press hard as the padding is quite thick in the base cushion
