2005 CLK seat creaking

I have a '05 CLK. The drivers side seat back has started creaking and is driving me mad, the car has done 25000 miles. If I booked this into MB would it be covered under th warranty or would this be chargable.

Depends on the Stealer and whether you kick up a fuss and stand your ground.

However, the squeaking seats issue is common for the W203/W209 and is nothing new.
