2009 clk broken front coil spring

I think its the very end that breaks, people don't notice.
2 fronts were put on my car by the previous owner, Inspection showed a rear now broken too (hardly surprising really) a new pair incoming.
Did you notice the difference in drive?

No real difference in the ride but was surprised to see the height difference, I also replaced the front wheel arch liners that the wheels had worn holes in due to rubbing.
