Allmost wiped four chavs and a mark III escort off the map this morning, after they shot a right hand give way line at about 30!!! The road they entered was a national speed limit road as well... Only thanks to the ABS I missed the side of the car by about a foot horn blaring all the way down  never used _that_ before its quite loud isn't it :D

I just wish I could have captured the look on the faces of the little berks sitting on the passenger side of the car LOL!!!

I was relieved not to hit them though coz I doubt the car was insured

Its funny coz their whale tale spoiler didn't seem to be doing much for their acceleration at the time  maybe it was broken or somfing eh?

better luck next time ....

Phew!! Sounds like a lucky escape, glad to hear you and the car came through unscathed.

*EDIT* One thing I've always liked about Mercs, no matter what model I've driven, they always seem to have very reassuring wickedly strong brakes.

LOL, "Berk" that word always makes me chuckle :D

I'd heard that "Berk", historically is an abbreviation for the "Berkshire Hunt" ... in fact, I'll leave it there and point interested readers
here ;)

Yep 'tis true Berk is cockney rhyming slang, Berkeley Hunt, apparently in the 1800's the chief huntsman was a bit of a *ahem* nasty piece of work.

I just love the fact that today the word Berk has fallen into accepted use :D

Cheers :D
LOL! I never knew that I will have to inform my mother inlaw! :D very apt name for the bunch if you ask me...
10 mile an hour more though, and I recon they would have qualified for Darwin Awards
