764BHP Stage 3 Weistec Build @ MSL

So, i am 2 days into ownership........
You are all bad influences. I ve just booked 2 weeks in Disney do you think my 4 year old girl would prefer a supercharger to Minnie Mouse?!
Craig, very nice. Another 300bhp must be quite something. Traction an issue?

I have to drive in with traction in Sport mode consistently, and you can still see the traction light flicking on at 130 (Of course on the same private air strip that Lee was using!)

It completely transforms the car, how it should have come out the factory. If you have the money do it. Don't even think about it, just do it!!

Aquamist WMI Kit has arrived today, just waiting on methanol to arrive tomorrow then the car is ready to go back into MSL for a new upgrade and to get the KC working 100%.

Hopefully we will see a bit more power on the dyno by the end of next week as the IATs were running into the 50's & 60's prior. So hoping we can hold a IAT in the 30's and see a figure closer to 800 than 750.

I was under the impression Aquamist was the best way of reducing IATs. Is it used all the time, or when seroiusly gunning it? Just wondering regarding the Killer Chiller being used aswell?

I will let you know how the Aquamist kit performs, without it on the car I can't give any real life comparison.

I will be using it about X RPM (To be decided), on 100% throttle and as a fail safe when IATs are going over 50. I'd expect, but this is all to be decided by MSL and they will play with the kit on the dyno.

I will be running KC, Ice Tank and WMI all together. KC and Ice Tank are on the same split cooling loop so it's good to have an additional method of cooling/fail safe if one goes down.

Aquamist worked quite well in the old days on the bikes. Let my turbo busa maintain 700hp successfully.

That particular bike was for drag racing only, although it very closely resembled a streetbike. It could be ridden on the road via adjustable height suspension.

If you ever want to experience the feeling of being shot from a cannon, try a SuperStreet Bike. 0-205mph in 7.0 seconds. I never managed to go that fast, my 60fts were never that good due to my high centre of gravity on the bike, but have been 8.1 @ 185mph.

My road bikes, another 500hp turbo busa and 250hp aspirated 1500cc carbon busa were also somewhat insane. 237mph on the turbo on at Woodbridge in 2005, and 208mph on the carbon one.

Power wheelies at 150mph are quite amusing in a scary way! lol

Wow! That must be quite a rush. My Car feels pretty Swift, but most bikes never mind these rockets are clearly something quite different!

Said it before, Hell of build. There was a time when i was only aware of Acid & Lee with nuts C63 Weistecs, & obviously some of the 55 Weistec boys. Now there's been around five C63 weistec builds that i am aware of. (talking uk).

Acid did mention a 1000bhp project in the future, didn't mention details though. Be interesting to know who and what model.

Thanks mate, not sure on the 1000bhp project.

Think the A45 AMG is next on the list.
