Hi Guys,

Getting a 77mm pulley sorted for my car, does anyone want my 6 month old 83mm pulley? My car gained approx 30bhp and plenty of torque with it and the EC remap.

It was fitted at MSL, has the Nachi bearing.

You can fit it yourself easily (YouTube tutorials) and remap it with the Eurocharged cable (YouTube tutorials) or better still, take it to MSL, Eurocharged or PCS and have them install it and carry out the remap for you.

£250 posted to your door.

Hello
Would you mind to send it to Bulgaria
I can pay you trough Paypal

Hello,

Apologies, I wouldn't send it abroad after taking payment via PayPal.

Thank you anyway.

84mm

Hey,

Finally got a 77mm pulley ordered. I've had a few messages but no deposit taken yet. It will be going on eBay in a week.

My 84mm pulley will be available early in Jan as I'm waiting for the 77mm pulley from MSL.

If there are any hold ups my end early in Jan, I'll post it off anyway if you're in a rush to get it fitted.

£250 posted via next day recorded delivery.

No overseas paypal etc due to "Item not received" scams.

If you're standard, give yourself 40bhp for xmas! ;-)

Cheers,

Tom

Hi Andrew,

You don't need a smaller belt, I just had my standard belt and it worked fine.

Would you like to buy the pulley? I can have it posted out tomorrow :)

Cheers,

Tom

What gain did you get with the 77mm Tom?

I am planning to do the same on mine.

Not sure yet, it's noticeable. The 84mm is good for a standard setup. Power wise I'm not sure and won't know until next weekend. I'm not putting it on the dyno until I've fitted the PCS tank this weekend for safer IET's.

It's tempting Tom but tbh it's more than fast enough as is , I guess you start feeling the extra
Bhp from 70mph onwards .

Yes, need to keep a keen eye on IATs.

I am doing my heat exchanger soon hopefully as I already have the uprated pump, it's very important to ensure the adequate cooling.
