I've just being to the dearlership for paint warranty work on a 2003 c class to both the front wings, (runs out in April) they said its easier to fit new ones to both sides, great I thought, now i've had the decision back, they want 50% customer contribution L/H £370.85, 50% customer contribution R/H £370.85, 50% preparation £106.77 with vat over £1000. How do I go about appealling this decision, who can I write to at Mercedes about this as I feel, if they had put galvanised panels on, rust would not be a problem. This offer is only valid for a month.:wallbash:

I've just phoned MB customer service, to try to appeal this decision, and after a lengthy conversation was told because my car has 7 MB stamps in the book and 1 none MB stamp, this is why the decision was made, for customer contribution, rather than free work, and the decision is final.

Sympathise with your problem but think if you read the relevant documents you will find that MB are correct.
My 2001 C class has been repaired FOC 3 times so far because it has a full MB service history.
