Alloy wheel fitment? Frm Merc to BMW

Hey Guys,
Does anyone know if the below Tech Wheel Info will fit a 51 reg 3 series BMW:

Size: 8.0 x 18

PCD: 5 x 110

Offset : ET42

i have these on my C Class with 5 mil spacers on the rear, wanting to sell them but the guy has a 325 bmw as above and wants to know if they will fit?

I though all mercs where PCD 112!

BMW E46 3 series are 5x120 with 72.5mm centre bore and require 30-50mm offset depending on width, using M12x1.5 bolts
