My thought process. I wonder whether 1 UP is meant to phonetically spell “Ey Up”, and if so I wonder whether they’re from Yorkshire, or Nottinghamshire ish.1 UP Used to be on a Rolls Royce...now it's on a BMW 118i M Sport
IIRC, Nissan used to offer a 'flip' paint option which was green in one direction and red in another.Just saw VV10 NAT in Preston on a Bentley Onyx GTXII
Had an awesome paint job - we followed it for about a mile in the sunshine and it started off a dark gunmetal grey then as it went round bends it became blue then a gold/bronze. I remember two-tone metallic being a thing, but this Bentley was on a totally different level. Anybody know much about it? SWMBO has demanded a similar paint job on her W209. Pretty sure I'd have to sell at least a kidney!

Remember it well. One minor bump and you needed a mortgage.IIRC, Nissan used to offer a 'flip' paint option which was green in one direction and red in another.
Its not a plate that's even possible...If I’m not mistaken this isn’t a genuine number. I suspect it’s a show plate and only used offf road. This could be backed up by the fact the indicators are damaged and therefore not road legal.
Military plates.....
Diplomatic plate. International Maritime Organisation I believe.

Some time back I saw a Range Rover in Hitchin in Hertfordshire with 13 EER on it. Last time I looked on DVLC it was not registered to anything. Also a mate of mine had 5 EXY on his Sierra Cosworth which also seems to have vanished off of the face of the earth. Unfortunately I can’t check with him as he passed away about 20 years agoAppropriate for the Virtual Pub.
I came very close to buying XLR 8 in around 1993/4, it was £1250 if I remember right. I often wonder what happened to it.XLR 8.....on a Mercedes E350 Sport Cdi.
Great plate if read fast.....really needs to be on an AMG though.....not an oil burner!
