Not 100% sure but that could be Nigel Mansell's ,as 20 years ago he bought a plate 4 his son Leo

i saw the reg number that basically said FLASH yesterday, in Stockport

It was on a Lamborghini Gallardo, which had crazy paintwork, which made it as though it was covered in $100 bills.
