Anyone seen any good number plates on cars lately?

1 CON (ICON) legally spaced on a Range Rover local area to me.

That plate was once owned by an Irish chap who had a few pubs round our way in north London. The guys surname was Conway and the pubs were called called Conways.

Saw a Lambo coming the other way as I filtered onto the M3 last week, but it was something like F4STA, FAS7A or FAS74 Couldn't miss the green colour, though!

just bought a 2001 car that had number B14ANO on it, it was off the road for a year and a half and it was only good for parts, so the owner stuck the original 51 plates on it and sold it to me so she car put the private plates on her new car.
After a couple of days she rang me and she was in tears because DVLA told her the private number goes with the car and she can not transfere it to the new car despite it's on retension certificate, simply because the car had no tax.
can you believe this?

Had an event like this. My own car was stolen C. 1994 and it had a private plate on it. The insurance company paid out, but i wasn't able to get the plate back as the car was missing. Anyway about 10 months later the car was found ringed with a new plate. I then ask if i can have the plate back seeing as it's not in use and they said no due to the car being a total loss and no longer on the road (even though it clearly had been).

I saw this one today, admittedly, neither the car or plate are particularly special, but I thought it was worthy of note.

This is terrible. Clearly the driver intends to break the speed limit.

After all, we all know the National speed limit is 7T :D

.

Saw a Jag go by the other day with a plate that read WH00 OSH which I thought was rather cool!

Couldn't have been 00. They started on 51.

Maybe WH10OSH?

That's a rather worrying situation. What if you'd paid £1m for the right to display it which some plates have been valued at (like F1)...

"H1 GAY" on a Mercedes SL around Wolverhampton a couple of weeks ago. I think it had a SL500 badge on it but I was too far away in traffic to be certain.
