When I was in school many moons ago, my friend used to do up cars and enter then in Max Power. Is VW G40 got onto the front cover with registration G40 BAD. Not sure if it still exists now.

Brodie Brittain Racing - that name rings a bell.

I think they used to tune Series 1 RS Turbos.

Sierra Cosworths were their staple diet for many years. Only went there once, but the place was littered with Townies in Cossies.

Fortunately I was in a Beemer...

Blimey that was recent ;), we used to race against Brodie in his Anglia, and Nick Whitings Escort.....we never stood a chance when he started putting a 2L Twin Cam in and the Gomshall Spaceframe Mini came out......we then went Formula Ford.......a lovely solid brabham BT21 chassis.

I'd have thought his name was Rich!

In West Kirby today BIG 60 spaced like that may have been B1 660 on a super shiny dark red maybe almandine red SL60 - so odd as I'm in love with these at present. This had shiny AMG split rims with deep dish on the back - lovely

Mike Watterson was Derby County Football Club's Chairman in the early 1980's. The registration plate is 'CUE 1' because Mike Watterson was a snooker promoter.
