And something that I really can't get my head round that was 517 Q61 on a very metallic blue G63. A UK style plate with no shenanigans but it was LHD which might explain something.

Spot on sir. Looking at the DVLA website is cheating though.

I already have a buyer paying £500 for it so after paying to put the plate on retention I'm out of pocket by £6 so happy days.

Took a while to source another cheap plate for my C63 for £399 and have settled on V88 CYA.

Unfortunately my car isn't new enough or I would have bought KC63 AMG on sale for £799 on the DVLA website.
