There is(was) a range rover by me with the number plate VOG 11E and they have put black screws in it to look like VOGUE. Looks impressive and I am sure they can afford the fine all the time.
Was in london a couple of years ago and saw 2 cars parked on the drive way.
One - 2 B
other - NOT 2 B
had to laugh at that.

On a 2017 shape BMW 320 M Sport,
the number must have transferred onto it therefore,
so must have some meaning to him also.
