Anyone used Multims in Manchester for retro fit of sat nav

At those prices the parts wont be new. Worth asking where they came from.

Retrofitting comand to a W204 or W212 is not plug and play. You will need a proper service where the cooling fans and replacement vents are all installed.

The car will need coding aswell.

thanks for your reply , they provide coding so it will work in instrument cluster and they provide a warranty , I am not bothered if the units are not brand new . I will also pay on my card just in case there are any problems .

As my vehicle is only 2 months old I checked with my dealer and they have assured me it wont affect my warranty.

Sounds good. Go for it. Make sure they fit the fans and cooling ducts.

Let me know how you get on as they are not that far from me and I'm considering a COMAND upgrade in my S211

£720 including fitting for the NTG4 for the E-Class W212 sounds too good to be true, but if anyone has had it done and has had a positive experience, please let me know as I'm looking to get the work done soon.

Not sure if it makes any odds, but they're offering NTG4 not NTG4.5.

Failing MULTIMS, then I'll probably have to go for the NAV20 which MB Milton Keynes are doing for £850 fitted as I can't find anywhere that can get near MULTIMS price. :dk:
