Is it just possible that some people are confusing unaffordable or expensive with beautiful?

Excellent point Andy; and one I sort of suggested earlier.

Having said which, the most beautiful Ferrari in my opinion is a 308 in Blue Chiaro, or a 365 GT4 2+2, and you rarely see one of those in red :)

And I'm in no way suggesting Ferraris are the most beautiful cars...

I was thinking of saying that but thought I would allow someone else the honour :)

Beautiful cars with more elegance in one wheel than the whole of these modern Ferraris :p ;)

I voted Merc because I feel the collection of the different designs are beautiful, then I realised I consider the Veyron the most beautiful thing ever so er...

Pink suits you btw :D

But can any car really be beautiful? Attractive yes, but beautiful?

I'm not so sure - even though I've probably described a car as such several times!!

I quite like it in that green ...

10 out of ten Howard:D

Beautiful cars though.

no probs

with some cars it's more than just a coat of paint

lol - and at least they're real - not photoshopped:D :D

Sorry G - couldn't resist - not that the DS is my choice anyway:D

Well done Andy. Joking aside have you seen the panel gaps on the Pink DS? It looks like the car is splitting open.

The DS is an interesting car in the same way my old Alfa Sud was but neither are "beautiful" but that doesn't detract from their place in motoring history.
