Belkin Router HELP!

I bought a Dell laptop and Belkin Router last week-

Having set it up, all worked fine and then the laptop lost the connection, I have tried re-installing, but now the PC does not communicate with the router at all?!

If there are no obvious answers, I will call the helpline when it opens on Monday...

is there a button or key on the laptop which enables/disables wireless, on some laptops this will make windows say you have wireless but cant find wireless networks

Use a wire to connect. If this does not work depending on which belkin you have, there is a recessed button on the bottom to reset it back to factory. I would also check your firewall software.

I had a few setup problems with a Belkin router. The helpdesk were absolutely brilliant. Am pretty sure they are available 7 days a week.
