Best mail app for MAC

Hi

I am using google apps to run my email for my new business until my hosted desktop is all set up.

What is the best application to use for email on a MAC.

I would like one that can sync calendars and contacts also like exchange does on my iPhone.

Is it possible to link Entourage to Google Apps?

I use Mail on my mac for my POP/SMTP mailboxes, my googlemail, and my hotmail.
I use iCal on my mac for my calendar, my google calendar, and four shared google calendars.

All of this syncs rather nicely with my iPhone too, of course.

I like the idea of having one application for the whole lot like and am used to Microsoft products, would Entourage work?

Yes entourage 2008 or 2004 would work fine. PM I can sort you out a copy

Exchange Server 2007 is already built into the Apple Mail app.

Once you have set up your account, the Apple iCal app automatically displays all your appointments.
