Brabus D4 Tuning for 200k

Has anybody had this done or have any experience of this? Looks good on paper but does it translate into usable performance without any particularly negative points? Appreciate that fuel economy may suffer (and insurance), but apart from that? Doh... should be K4 not D4 in the title............
