Can I scew into the side of the Armrest in a W211 ?

I have a small window of time to myself tomorrow morning so thinking I will install the Armrest DVD.


Can I screw into the side of the armrest on a S211 E clss without screwing into wires or anything else that I could damage,

It will be towards the bottom at the side. Also anyone know how this comes apart please.

I wouldn't do it unless you feel very lucky. See how it looks inside.

Use doublesided tape of better quality (3M) instead. On my S210 a bracket went over the armrest and down a few centimeters on both sides, screen attached on a swivel neck on top of that bracket.

Or the very heavy duty velcro.
