Clearly you are p'd off but the way you are going about this just makes me think you dont know about how to conduct yourself in the case of a dispute and I do wonder if the supplier is reacting more to your communication style than anything.

If you have a valid claim ..gather evidence and post your evidence here.. Is easy to say something , far harder to prove it ..

Just the way you have gone about this is the issue here ..or do you not see that?

Im glad he does your work to a high standard and you are happy with it. Im happy for you.
I have no reason to come on here if there was not a problem.
But since you know him well, you should call him, i'm sure he will tell you that what i have said is 100% factual.
But like i said the pictures will clearly show what the problems are.
When i first spoke with him he gave me a price of £800, then it was £1000 because of a few extra things.
So its not as if i asked him to reduce the price. Infact i do know a lot about my car, like im sure you know about yours, right?
Please get the facts first before you go head first into a situation...

PS: Im still waiting for my refund that you promised 4 weeks ago. Hope i get it soon.

I think anyone would be peed off. Im sick of going there time and again to get things resolved. He point blank refused to rectify the work he has done. Believe me if you saw the car you would agree that its not acceptable.

I shall prove it in the morning so you can see for yourself.

Im just tired of going back n forth. I asked him this week are you certain its all done properly. He said yes.

I went today to pick it up and notice the front bumper insert with all the fish eyes and what not on the top part of it. I asked about this and he said i did not see that. OK, fair enough...My question is, would you not check everything beforehand to ensure its all OK before calling a customer and saying its all done?

Explain the misaligned bumper? Obviously they have not put this on back properly and then not checked it.
 
Has there ever been a less successful internet wide smear campaign than this poor effort by Kaka? Deleted from Piston Heads, greeted with disbelief & disinterest on MBO & royally taken the piss out of here.

BTW, if you are unfamiliar with the slang meaning of kaka, google it. Kaka for brains is about right!

Is it just me? I have never heard of the expression 'inverted fish eyes' in relation to a defect in a car's paintwork. What does it look like? Googling didn't help.
 
I am struggling to understand why you are all jumping on the OP, I don't knew anything about him or if he is telling all the facts but seems to me no one jumps on people when they say what a great service they have had from a vendor or if all what the poster writes in positive posts are completely accurate. If a bad service has been giving then why should it not be posted about, in the end if a company delivers excellent service then the good reviews are going to out number the bad ones.
 
Markjay - Good question. Its when the laquer is wet and something gets in the lacquer and creates an indentation and subsequently dries creating a ripple in the finish...
