I wouldnt be too smug if I was you.......our darling governments have been known to change rules when it suits.......or they want to raise more revenue......dont be too surprised to see higher charges for bigger engines over a period of time......ie....bands for every 1000cc........that might make a few 5 and 7 litre owners wilt.......
Its not impossible.

A Trade licence is "only" £165 for any car. What is to stop me buying a trade licence for my car?
Seems a too obvious "dodge" so there must be a catch. So where and what is it?
