Changeing struts on the rear of CLK W208

Any tips tricks?

Anything else worth changeing while im there?

Anything thats likely to brake?

Any essential tools that im not likely to have?

They've done 200k and there rattleing like a snake on LSD. There getting changed by spanner or mig welder!

208 CLK should be the same setup as a W202. Pretty simple bolt off, bolt on job.

Just need to remove the plastic covers under the rear wishbones and the lining either side in the boot.

1/2 hour per side?

I have a complete set of Bilstein B8 shocks to fit to my C43, and the supplied notes tell you not to fully tighten the shock absorber bolts till the cars wieght is back on the wheels.
