I cannot see how to remove the plastic fan surround, any advice please...

I'm going to change the tensioner as well, so dont think it will be possible without removing fan etc...

No, I suspect not. You may find yourself taking the radiator off too then, as the shroud seemed to be responsible for the mounting of the rad.

It unclips. You need a black belt in origami but it does then lift out past the fan.

To replace the belt and tensioner you will have to remove the electric fan remove bonnet slam panel to gain access and remove the o/s gearbox cooler pipe to the rad
