Choice of Colours New CLS

So after the good news that I can have a new CLS.

What colour shall I go for in the end. I have chosen either Silver or Black, but what would be your choice.

Lets have a vote shall we.

obsidian black masks the beauty and the elegance of the lines of the CLS

they now have the bird eye maple trim for the CLS .. which I think is just fabulous, better even than piano black, a very expensive option

Strangely enough I think Cubanite really suits the CLS.

Cubanite, the black is a pig to keep clean, I just got a one off 06 SL for a friend finished in that with champaign it looks fantastic

Black, definately. Looks so much better than silver in my opinion, especially on the CLS.

Everything is silver. Black looks wrong on a CLS. Some sort of pastel blue or green.

Nope, the only colour for a CLS is black

20" rims, tinted windows, people will think you are a pimp or drug dealer!!!

Obsidian / Beige or Obsidian/Grey. But not cubanite

Black interiors are too hot in summer. CLS looks awesome in Obsidian, my initial rental one was Obsidian/Black and really looked awesome. Keep it waxed and the dirt will rinse off at your nearest £1 coin-op jetwash.

Indeed, a white MB that can handle the colour is something that definitely stands out.

Have to say I love black when its clean and think there is nothing better, however Keeping it clean is a PAIN so would advise against it.

I do like this colour though...what ever it is. With grey Leather? and the same wheels. OOOh and DON'T forget option:-

Definitely obsidian black. This is non negotiable! Cars can be any colour as long as they are black.

As for the interior, I think something light, so either beige or light grey.

Brilliant result on getting a replacement CLS. Another diseasel or a proper engine?

Are you sure you would want to consider obsidian black, my W203 is this very colour and the smallest of stone chips shows a mile and it's a pig to keep clean.

Don't get me wrong when it is clean and polished obsidian black does look good.

Anyone got a pic of the beige interior?

I voted Obsidean Black with Cashmere Beige Leather, but I think Obsidean Black with Sunset red would also look quite nice.

I still stand by what I say,

BLACK is the best colour, but I wouldn't want to keep it clean, and having had black cars even in the garage they get a layer of dust....drives me mad.

Maybe white is the new black, it was last yr at the Geneva show )
