- CLK 230K Convertible
Hi All,
I've taken the jump and bought my first 'weekend' car. Thought I would go for this CLK 230 K Convertible on a 2000 plate. Its good condition however is a rare manual and I needed to put a re-cond box in it, which actually was not too bad to do.
HOWEVER..electrical wise I have bitten off more than I can chew.
The centre dash display periodically flashes up 'BRAKE FLUID LEVEL LOW' visit workshop. Fluid is clean and FULL. Unplugged reservoir sensor and it still comes on?! When I turn engine off, then back on it resets. However it will eventually pop the warning sign back up and this can be done whilst stationary or driving.
Any ideas on this? Is it a common fault on these cars.
Any help much appreciated
