CLK 320 Auto - Dead Spot

Hard to describe but when slowing down e.g coming up to a set of lights and as the lghts change when you go to accelerate there is a delayed response from the pedal. Does not happen all the time.

Any ideas?

Thanks it is just back from a B service last week so maybe a loose plug, will have a look.

How does it being just back from a service preclude it being the MAS ? and it may be a loose plug instead ?

I agree with Ted , that is the symptoms of a failing MAS.
