CLK REAR SPRING AND SHOCKS RECOMMENDATIONS

I need new springs on rear of 2007 CLK 200 Avantgarde. Are there any recommendations that might help give a more compliant ride? I appreciate the shockers contribute in part to the ride so may change those at the same time if budget allows.
