thanks for your attention and reply.. I am the second owner I bought it in june so that I have got no idea about the battery year but it seems old I will go the service and check for the voltage tests thank you.. it is so weird that when we open the door inside and took the memory unit from the car an re isntalll it the window suddenly works perfect.. but if you close tha car and then re open it and start the engine, the problem starts again for the window

Is it just the window or auto mirrors too?

Mine sorted itself out after a long drive... I'd say take it for a 30+ min run and then test again... If it works then it's the battery

problem occurs on the driver side window only.. all the other electronic and memory stuff works fine... thanks Ill try for the 30 min run for testing my battery...

by the way, yesterday also check motor sign appeared on the dash board(yellow sign)
today I went to a small service .. when they inform me the problem and the solution I will share this experience also..
in my opinion it seems like a battery problem.. check motor sign also can be seen in some cases that if battery is in bad condition the emission indicator is not working and it causes this yellow sign..

Do you have a battery you can test it with?
A genuine battery is around £130 with VAT from MB or you can get a higher spec one from Euro Car Parts and will be around £100 for a Bosch one with the forum discount

motor sign is now ok. it was a oxygen indicator problem (lambda sensor) they changed it. but the window problem still going on.. service tried to fix the memory card on the door inside.. but it didn't work for the window. they said that it costs 400 euro for the new memory card.... Im looking for a 2nd hand memory card from internet..
also I will change the battery with the new one.. thanks for reply guys its makes me happy against all these high price services...
do we have a discount on euro car parts? any discount code for forum?

Pretty sure your door problems will be fixed with a new battery.
