What a fantastic improvement. Not just in looks but I dare say they perform better at night as well. A nice bonus.
How does the illumination performance compare between the old and new projector headlamps (both hi and lo beams)?

Great improvement. I thought the original lights were very poor but the new ones give a much "whiter" light and the main beam is fantastic.
Only one fly in the ointment, the angel eyes are not working.
I am emailing to and fro at the moment, will let you know outcome.

Body kit

Was crawling around underneath today and noticed a name moulded into body kit.
Turns out its not a Brabus kit but a Carlsson !
Oh well, not taking it back now.

No joke, i am new to MB. So you think i have something rare ? It was not factory fitted acording to spec sheet, but the car was first purchased new by a German Doctor living in England.

Hi Chopper fellow Essex boy here if Ilford still counts! now in Epping. Apologies for jumping in but about to pick up my slk32 any day (been looking for 6 long months) unfortumately has a chip out of front headlamp bottom right.Is this lens the indicator? i think separate from the headlamp? there seems to be a join between the two. Looking at cost of replacement?? main headlamp has condensation in it. Cheers all Peter
