I'm wondering if my COMMAND system has an issue. When I'm playing an audio source, the navigation instructions just talk right over the music - the music does not fade out or diminish its volume in any way. They just fight each other and it is impossible to understand something.
There is an option in the navi menu options to reduce the media or radio sound when the guidance voice is speaking but it seems like it's not working. Activeting it or not does not change anything.
It's possible to adjust the volume of the navigation instructions without any problem by turning the volume button when the lady is talking.
I had another MB cars and it does not have this issue.
BY the way, do you know the right sequence to enter engineering menu on this NTG5 or 5.5
