Comand rear plugs

Hi all - I went to install my rear camera today and when I removed my comand (NTG 4.5) theres already a double fakra, with only one actual connection inside plugged into the double socket - dark green rear camera in..

its in the AV in socket...

What's all that about then??? What is it connected to???
