Sorry Ancient thread resurrection yet again!

It appears that someone else has joined my club - except when I did it, I took both walls down

From my local paper:

I cant say that I have that much sympathy for him re:wall as he was a unpleasant man for the most part. Yes I know I was the one who damaged his property, but he was very aggessive, claimed I was uninsured and called me nearly every single day for a month. His neighbour ended up arguing with him, nearly came to blows at the time aswell.

Still, I agree with him that something should be done with the road to stop it happening yet again! - and the fact they can only do somthing if someone is ether killed or badly hurt is shocking anyone walking along that pavement is at risk

Post his address - me and him might get on well. Failing that I'll take the digger up there and flatten his house.

I can just see the insurance claim form :-

"Was the homeowner a thoroughly unpleasant chap? If so , do you wish to claim for damage to his property?"

Surely they could put that grippy tarmac coating down (the stuff they put down by traffic lights) without someone having to die first!

Or let the Darwin theory run its course! Put spikes on the wall to make sure it takes out these drivers
