Hats off to R2e for such useful information!
I decided to buy exactly the same kit as R2e as the sensors looked so good but I wanted to try to replicate the parktronic display in the rear of the roof lining.
I ordered the kit which cost £30 and was pre sprayed silver
I also bought a parktronic rear display from a contact. The hard bit was always going to be the fitting.
I remember R2e's advice and found the retaining screws before pulling the bumper trims off as per his instructions. I drilled the holes using the hole saw provided with the kit exactly where the parktronic holes are already marked on the inside of the trim.
I reassembled and unlike R2e i took my live from the reversing light wiring and earthed to a bolt (eventually!)
The main difference in my install was the modifying of a standard parktronic screen to take the units lovely , but different shaped, display. Basically I used a jigsaw, knife saw and pliers and three hours later made it fit. The important tip is remove the clear plastic glass and then mask the inside black to hide the edges of the new display.
The finished item is in my gallery. http://www.mbclub.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?p=392041#post392041
Hope you enjoy:bannana:
