David Beckhams Old S500

Can I suggest you consider using "in my opinion" or do you really think you speak for everyone? You will note, but choose to disregard in your efforts to be rude, that I said "to me".

Can I suggest you get off your high horse?

Time was that this troll's activities were confined to the OT Forum but it seems he's branching out.

Another unpleasant post with nothing whatsoever to do with the item spotted for sale on eBay and everything to do with this person's views on life/ politics, et al.

Thats right ROB77,no opinion other than yours shall be allowed, rational arguments must be met with personal abuse. Troll is the new swear word to be hurled at anyone not toeing the "I'm a self made man and I worship my creator" line.

I often find those who are modest have a great deal to be modest about!:D

Originally said by Churchill about Atlee. Which PM post war added most to the health and welfare of the British people? Company I am flattered to be linked with. Some of us were brought up to see service to others as an end in itself, some to see personal achievement measured by money and/or fame as the desirable end. Both are points of view which should be permitted but sometimes on this forum are not.

When some of you actually own this site you will be able to impose your own views, until then can the childish insults and grow up.

My view:

If you find success for what ever reason, skill or good fortune? Are you to turn it down in case others accuse you of enjoying your success? Absolutely not. Whatever his or her talent( or lack off) it had been recognised by a general public who have voted with their wallets.

Success breeds more success. As Paul McCartney said sometimes you cant even give it away. You go into a restaurant, they want to give you a free meal, you go for a drink they allow you to pay.

The Beckhams seem to just get on with life in the space that they now occupy. He is putting back huge sums of money (at high risk) by starting a football team in the US. He is also recognised for his charitable giving. He can give more because he has more, Doomed if he does, doomed if he doesn't.

Counter this with the chap on here who has amassed 54 points on his license but is still free to drive around stealing fuel whilst uninsured. I know who I would rather save my anger for.

Childish insults? Really?

You should take a careful look at your posts, the content and tone before chiding others for the behaviour you freely exhibit.

From a random look over your posts I can see that you add little of value but specialse in sniping liittle jibes. You are however free with your views and opinions but do not seem to like it when others are at variance with your own

If you wish to imprve the forum then try adding something constructive.

A poorly constructed reply, repetition of the seize on a couple of words and fail to address the argument pattern so beloved of a certain mind set. Dialogue with the deaf.

Address the argument? Interesting concept as you do not argue in the true sense, you merely aim to sideline threads for your on trolling agenda.

As for your other comments, you once again just seek to insult which is the refuge of the intellectually weak.

This forum exisits to benefit the membership, you are adding nothing of value. The overwhelming negative responses to your posts does not seem to have triggered a degree of reflection on your part but as you are clearly happy being delusional in the belief that you are always right I will leave you to that narrow little world. I certainly will not waste any more time reading your egocentric bile.

Goodbye and fair winds!

54 points, uninsured and stealing fuel? Sounds a nice chap! Hope he doesnt kill or injure anyone.

Agree with everything you say ..... I have read of famous people who have written cheques that were never cashed as their signature was valued more than the items they bought. The successful ones would probably like nothing more than to be out of the press or public eye. Its the public frenzy over them that feeds it in most cases rather than them fighting to be seen. Hello magazine and the Sun have a lot to answer for.

One of his football academys is down by the O2 and must have been a few quid to fund? I think he has a few about?

Somehow I find it interesting when you come across people who have such radical views compared to the masses. Someone into psychology could probably give us a better understanding. There will be some kind of root cause.

I will say it again for those who missed it :ˆ)

A hit,a palpable hit,now that's the Dieselman we all know, can't see a fire without throwing fuel on it. I don't need to boast about my achievements, unlike some.

Roughly translated into...you've not achieved anything of note.

Anyone remember the 'How to make friends and influence people' book?

We have just witnesed the polar opposite. 'How to make enemies and alienate people'. :fail

This is like being attacked by a bunch of dead sheep. Some of us do not seek to highlight achievements or charity work because this is the way we were brought up. We do not need the validation. We are not so insecure that we think fame or money are important. Sorry, few of you will be able to comprehend that.

As for friends, how sad is it when your friends are electrons on a computer? How sad is it when a hero is a man whose sole claim to fame is the ability to kick a ball and employ lots of specialists to manipulate the media so he looks good? It works though, people on here have bought the hype... "he's a good chap" ,how do you know? You don't,you have just bought the manufactured legend. Nobody ever lost money by underestimating the gullibility of the British public.

However I am now very bored with this, you seem to lack the ability to debate if for example charity is still real charity if you can use it as a publicity stunt or write it off against tax,or if the widows mite is more praiseworthy than the rich mans discard. Some of you should be politicians, in the IDS mold, don't discuss the question, attack the questioner instead.

Sometimes one can be truly proud of ones enemies, this is one of those times.

Service history sounds ok. (Stamped book and a few receipts) Its had some work done on the brakes in the last couple of years too.

Are there 2 threads going on here? One about a Mercedes (on a Mercedes forum) and a girly fight between some people.

Why don't the girls start up their own topic?
