I have a 2006 CLK350 cab.
The other day some change feel out of my pocket and went down the door side of my seat.
The seat will now only move back and recline but not move forward or recline, to such an extent that I can't reach the pedals, and I'm 6ft4!
I've checked under the seat, removed the side trim and can find no sign of any cash!
The dash has the message 'lock drivers seat' but it is fully engaged.
It would appear that there is a micro switch that may have been affected.
I've rung my local MB dealer who informs me that there is no such switch and want £99.00 to look at he issue.
Does anybody have any ideas?
