Pros - er um....let me think. Nope you've completely stumped me.
Cons - well where to start.... maybe the fact that it is a non caz/ulez diesel with a hybrid; then there is the unreliability of the hybrid system and the main dealers' response which seems to be "you need a new battery" that will be "£14k" when in actual fact it is probably a different fault; then there is the question of what the point of a hybrid is in any car?
If you wish for a high degree of pain in the ownership of a car then these would probably come near the top of your wish list.
Sell the laptop and buy a ZX Spectrum or a Commodore 64 instead. Since you like early tech.....
Seriously now, MB hybrid tech was at its infancy at the time, and their Diesel Hybrids were very poor (born in an era when car manufacturers still thought that the future is Diesel). I can't recommend owning a car with complex and potentially unreliable technology, especially with early hybrid batteries costing the moon from MB.
Just buy a petrol car.... simpler and more reliable.
